A fundraising event for the Pennsylvania Flax Project

Join us next to the flax field at Kneehigh Farm for a meal prepared by the chefs at Cadence Restaurant using food fresh from the surrounding farms. Celebrate and learn more about our Pennsylvania Flax Project and support our work to re-establish a U.S. based flax into linen supply.

Three savory courses with dessert and 1 complimentary glass of wine sponsored by Cellar Beast Winehouse included, (BYOB if you’d like more).

When cooking a farm-to-table dinner, our chefs must wait to see what products will be ready to harvest. Specific menu will be available closer to the dinner date. Vegetarian options will be available.

Tickets

Standard tickets are $125. If you are able, kindly consider purchasing one of our higher tiered tickets as a way of contributing to Pennsylvania Flax Project’s fundraising.

$75 (limited tickets available): These tickets are available for those interested in joining our dinner, but are not able to contribute to our fundraising campaign. These tickets are made possible through the support of everyone in our community.

Tier 1: $125 includes dinner for one and a $35.00 contribution to the PA Flax Project.

Tier 2: $150 includes dinner for one and a $60.00 contribution to the PA Flax Project.

Tier 3: $250 includes dinner for one plus a $150.00 contribution to the PA Flax Project, a thank you gift of a handmade market bag from kitchen garden textiles and home grown food from Kneehigh farm (a $150 retail value).

Tier 4: $500 includes dinner for one plus a $170.00 contribution to the PA Flax Project, a thank you gift of a handmade quilted tablecloth/picnic blanket from kitchen garden textiles and homegrown food from Kneehigh farm (a $300 retail value).
